We truly want to learn what our clients hope to accomplish with their web presence. All our design/maintenance contracts are built based on these relationships with clients. We do not believe that there is a cookie cutter solution that fits all.
We will base our design proposal on the number of hours we anticipate it will take to build your site from start to finish. If it takes us more time than we expect, there is no price increase. After two decades, we have a pretty good handle on how long each project will take. If your site requires a third party (for example an affiliation with an e-commerce solution or hotel resevation system), we will help guide you through your best options before you make any financial decision.
We don't drop a website in your lap and say, "It's all yours." Instead our philosophy has always been to build a maintenance contract into each design. Need us to change photos? No problem. Just send us the pictures. Want to change your restaurant menu? Just send it along. Do you have an event calendar? Just keep us in the loop about changes.

As part of our website proposal to you, we will present multiple maintenance contract options. You can choose the one that you think is best for you. All maintenance contracts come with either free website redesigns (we encourage a redesign every 3-4 years) or reduced prices on website redesign depending on the level of the maintenance contract.
